Girls wanna start this Monday? I've been working myself up to 15 mins and it's not hard at all. I just do it when I'm getting ready and before you know it times up.

I would like to know if you end up doing this. I decided to give it a go today. Have you notice any difference? I did it as soon as I got out of bed. I want to try it this week to see if I feel like doing it every day.

I did it a few times. I suck at focusing right now and kept forgetting. It leaves your mouth feeling a little weird at first but then it's no biggie. I did it for 10mins not 20.

I've been doing it and while I don't see miraculous results like they say, my mouth feels really clean.
