  • How did you find LL?
Rachel told me, bless her soul.
  1. 3.65 miles on the treadmill this morning, 3 of that was running (no stopping either). Tomm is my day off, Friday is lifting and stairstepper. Saturday I'm eyeing 4 miles straight of running which would complete my weekly goal this week. Food wise: Breakfast- bagel w\2 laughing cow slices Snack- mini luna bar and a mix of vanilla chai and almond milk (the vanilla chai is a protien filled thing) Lunch- orange and a roast beef sandwich Dinner- large salad consisting of: lettuce, 1\8 cup shredded cheese, 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1\4 cup of red onion, and 2 tabls of homemade vinegarette
  2. Vitex is awesome! Took about 3 months before it kicked in but my periods are lighter and pms is easier. Love the stuff, id reccomend it to any woman. :-)
  3. I'm fairly certain I am a supplement queen here! I take every day: Vitex Milk Thistle Multi-vitamin Fiber Pills I take the Vitex once a day, the Milk Thistle twice, multi once, and Fiber pills twice a day. The Vitex helps regulate my AF and keeps me a lot less PMSy than I am not on it. Milk Thistle is for my liver health, since I do consume alcohol my liver health is important to me. The fiber pills have probiotics in them and well, we all know what fiber is for. :D

  8. I really am a big fan of good ol' american. Mexican comes in as a close 2nd.
  9. I would take 20 acres of the farm and make into a boarding stable. Take the other 80 acres and raise beef cattle for consumption in KY. And yes, Lola, I also want to know how that turns out!
  10. Nutro Large Breed, Nutro Senior, Professional Large Breed, Chicken Soup, Natural Balance, or Canidae. They get a wide variety and never stay on a food longer than a month or two. I have no basis for what I do. I go for the shiny object in the store. Their coats are soft, no dandruff, and full of energy.
  11. Bumpkin, wth would a teacher do that! I'm appalled. Nah, I was never bullied. I wasn't a bully, but most people left me alone. I would fight if I had to, happened once, but I hang out with "that" crowd. Most knew to leave me well enough alone. In Jr.High there was a couple kids who did make fun of me, but they were just as trashy as me so they really didn't bother me at all.
  12. Mkay, I'm going to get totally flamed for this.... When I first saw this comic I laughed at it. In my eyes there was NOTHING racist about it, it just was saying a monkey was making laws. I just pictured a chimp sitting at a desk, not in the White House, drawing on a paper. Then when everyone started the backlash, I figure out it was a racist thing. Maybe I'm ignorant, but I just didn't see it at first. I wasn't looking for an issue.
  13. I'm just now reading this! I'm so sorry sweetie! Hope you are feeling better right now. :hugs:
  14. Hmmm I can try Dogs: Maggie, Chinook, Buck, and Shadow (had one before Maggie but I really don't remember her name) Cats: Bear, Puzzles, Flint, Furball I, Furball II, Isis, and Chi Hamsters: Sammy and Lucky Guinea Pig: Monte Pretty sure that's all of them.
